At Adopters for Adoption, we offer various types of support for our adoptive families. Outcomes Star is the latest tool that we have added to the support services we offer.

Outcomes Star is a range of evidence-based tools used for measuring and supporting change within a family. It is widely used across the UK within the NHS, local authorities and schools.

The Outcomes Star that we use is specifically designed to support families within 10 key areas of parenting that are essential in enabling children to thrive. By identifying any areas where further support is required, we are able to tailor our support to meet individual families’ needs.
